Yeaseul Kim is a professional pianist and piano teacher who loves to explore the world of music and communicate with a broad range of audiences. As a musician who believes the power of music can bring joy to people's lives, she puts all her efforts into interacting with audiences and students through her music and musical knowledge.

Yeaseul began to play piano at the age of 5 and graduated prestigious Sunhwa Arts School in Seoul, South Korea. She graduated with her Bachelor's and Master of Music degrees from Ewha Women's University in Korea with honours with distinction. When she graduated her college, she was in the second place in piano performance in her class. In 2012, she moved to Baltimore, Maryland, with her husband. She received the Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) at the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. with a full scholarship. She was also accepted to the New England Conservatory and Peabody Conservatory for the graduate performance diploma (GD) with a scholarship but decided to straightly pursue her doctoral degree at the Catholic University of America with the full scholarship. 

She is a passionate pianist exploring various repertoires, including solo works, chamber music, and concertos; the concerts she performed with orchestras as a soloist include ones with the Catholic University Symphony Orchestra, the Washington International Piano Festival at John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Ewha Women's University Orchestra. She also served as a staff pianist for the Texas Medical Center Orchestra and the Center for Performing Arts Medicine (CPAM) at Houston Methodist Hospital.​

As an enthusiastic piano teacher, Yeaseul teaches a wide range of students. She has been running her private studio for more than ten years. She is a full member of the Music Teachers' Association of California (MTAC).
